The staff at this hotel from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team is fabulous. The morning breakfast, the location & the spa are also excellent. My room was a bit tired & dated for a 5-star hotel, but the other wonderful things more than compensate! Thank you for a nice stay.

Excellent service and very helpful staff

Excellent rooms, with a great size. The bed could be a little more comfortable and will be better to replace bathtubs with showers. The staff was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to provide excellent service. The breakfast was great with a lot of alternatives.

This was the perfect hotel for shopping the Christmas Market. Spa included for rest and relaxation during lots of walking in the cold. Would definitely recommend!

We were upgraded to a larger room but were disappointed that it did not have a shower only a hand held one over the bath. The room was however comfortable and had a great view and we appreciated the gift of biscuits but would have liked milk with the room coffee. There did not appear to be a room telephone to request this so we did not bother. Staff at reception were very friendly and breakfast was very good. Special mention goes to the waiter on the bar who made us the best off menu cocktails we have ever had! The hotel is in a fabulous location but it’s not easy to get in and out of the city in a car when the Christmas market is on. Whilst the hotel assisted with this for our arrival by sending us a pre signed form as proof of our booking (as we had booked a parking space) they provided little assistance leaving the city and this turned out to be a bit of a headache. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

We chose the hotel based on prior recommendations and also the location. We explored the Petite France and Old Town Strasbourg areas and enjoyed the many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. There was a lot to see and the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was amazing and helpful. We appreciated their thoughtfulness when they found out it was our anniversary.
