Great hotel. The room in comfortable, their is parking and has no extra cost. The room service is not really room service, you can order and pick up by yourself at reception. Breakfast is a bit limited.

Standard ibis hotel with comfy beds. Handy location, easy to locate. No wifi which was a problem, no explanation given, just a Gallic shrug! Restaurant attached to hotel was busy, poor service, hot and average food.

Ibis Hagaenau- better than you think

Although not the "centre of the universe", Hagaenau is a useful half-way point to other destinations. Arriving tired after a days' driving, it was easy to check in. The rooms are basic, but all one needs for a brief stay. Airconditioning was a plus, so near the busy road. Food at the attached restaurant was very high quality, and good value. Staff helpful with early morning call for onward journey. Enjoyable experience altogether.

Un ibis budget déguisé en ibis classique

Un peu déçu pour un ibis. On est plus proche d'un ibis budget mais pas au même prix ... Il est vrai que la literie est meilleure qu'un budget et la SDB un peu mieux. Mais on n'est pas au niveau d'un ibis classique non plus.
