Location - Wow!

The only comment I have is that we didn’t anticipate such steep stairs - my 76 year old Mom was with us and the stairs were a bit challenging for her. Wanted to add that as a warning for folks traveling with anyone that may have mobility challenges.

Noisy location, poor communication

1. The apartment was very clean
2. The beds were reasonably comfortable
3. It is close to the cathedral and many other tourist sites
On the other hand:
1. Communication was very poor. We had arranged a late check in and followed the instructions to a T, but were unable to access the apartment key for over an hour after we arrived. Also, we requested a late check out but did not receive a response until a full hour after check out time. (Our request was denied.)
2. The street-facing bedroom is extremely noisy, especially at night through the early morning hours.
3. The kitchen is poorly equipped. The drawers and cabinets are crammed with surplus utensils and miscellaneous equipment, but basic items, such as cutting knives, were completely missing. The off-brand coffee machine barely functioned and we were unable to find pods to fit it.

Right in the Heart of Strasbourg

Great rental in the middle of everything!
Publié le 28 déc. 2021 sur HomeAwayTwo bedroom apartment close to all the Strasbourg sites. Everything you need is within a couple blocks, we would definitely stay there again if we are able to return to Strasbourg!

Ideal location in the center of town
