Our stay at Bentley's was made terrible by the noise created by a neighbouring room late into the night (3:00 am when someone finally yelled to shut them up). There was no one on the front desk to complain to so the noise continued unabated all night. Unacceptable.
The bedding is awful. The bottom sheets aren't fitted (weird in itself) and too short. That results in scrunched up, uncomfortable sheets that come untucked if they're even tucked in in the first place.The duvet is far too warm for the season with no lightweight blanket to replace it.
We had to request more milk from front desk as there was only one available in the fridge when we arrived.
I will think twice about staying here again or recommending it to friends. I visit Stratford annually.

Newly remodeled property. Clean room and easy access to the downtown area. Only drawback -- lots of stairs.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The Inn is perfectly located for convenience to the Festival Theaters.

Comfortable room above a great restaurant/pub. Right downtown in the very walkable Stratford.
