The environment and the service was good. We appreciate that the hotel allowed us to bring our cat with us (extra cleaning fee required)

Perfect place to stay in Stratford. Spacious and quiet rooms, quick walk to the theatres, and tons of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops on the doorstep.

Very friendly and helpful staff; very nice restaurant on the ground floor. Room was ok but needed maintenance as some of the baseboard tiles were coming off in the bathroom. Spacious room. Air conditioning makes the room humid, unfortunately. Main flaw is that we were on the third floor and there is no elevator. Staff was kind enough to help get our bags up there, but walking up and down a rather dirty staircase to get to the hotel is not optimal.

The hotel is located on the main street of Stratford. Even though it's a busy street the hotel room was very quiet. We stayed on the 3rd floor.
The hotel has an excellent restaurant and is walking distance to theaters, shops,bars and restaurants. Parking is also located on the property.
