L hôtel était calme la nuit .. le personnel était très gentil

Thank you for taking a few moments to share your experience with me. I was sorry to hear this stay did not meet or exceed your expectations. We pride ourselves on making our guests comfortable during their stay and I apologize this did not occur during your visit. Because We have a shortage of employees, and it is very hard to get hard working employees as well. Also, we are in the process of major renovation as well. We do apologize for any inconvenience. hope we have the opportunity to serve you again should your travels bring you through the area again.

Il faut donner une bonne direction sur le Site. Exit 31 South c'est la meilleure sortie pour arrive à l'hôtel

Overall this was a pretty decent place to stay however, we noticed a spider infestation just the first hour of being there. While taking a shower there was one on the ceiling which was fine when we thought it was a one- off thing however, there ended up being several more throughout our stay.
We were also in a room adjacent to the highway and the noise was excruciatingly loud making it not only hard to fall asleep but to stay asleep as well.
Last night in the room to the right of us there was also some sort of party going on and it was evident drugs and alcohol were involved and i came extremely close to calling the police.
The facility does a decent job making it look nice on the service but i don’t think i would stay there again.
