Accueil agréable, check-in rapide, chambre propre. Buffet du petit-déjeuner complet et très bon. Personnel disponible. La piscine est grande et propre, sauna et hamam un grand plus. Grand parking gratuit

Très bel et bon hôtel Petits déjeuners copieux et bons L'accès piscine sauna hammam est un vrai plus. Parking gratuit . Je recommande

staff very friendly and helpful, provided bus timetables and maps without being asked, breakfast was very good too

Room was a bit dated. Reception staff were helpful. Sauna was not hot enough for my preference, but the steam room was nice. Lots of parking available.

Some of the staff members were not helpful. We had long journeys to get to the hotel and asked to order some food before the restaurant closed, but they said they couldn't do that. I thought this hotel was a four-star hotel? They don't even have room service, and breakfast had limited choices. Additionally, the coffee machine was broken.

Dear Hikaru, Many thanks for the feedback following your recent stay. We are sorry to hear that you felt some staff members were unwelcoming and unhelpful. I shall ensure that your feedback following our restaurant and lounge last ordering times are passed onto our Food & Beverage Manager. Our Breakfast Manager shall also be made aware of the broken coffee machine. Unfortunately we don't provide Room Service, however guests are welcome to make an order with either our Reception or Bar Team who will then ring the guests room to make them aware that their food is ready. We appreciate all the feedback that is provided and we hope that you will consider staying with us again so we can restore your faith in Stratford Manor. Once again, many thanks!
