Great location for theatre-goers
Posted Oct. 1, 2024 on HotelsThe Arden is a very comfortable hotel, conveniently situated just across the road from the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and the Swan, and a two-minute walk from the Other Place. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, going out of their way to meet our needs.
The ground floor rooms are a bit dark, and the lighting is not ideal. Some of the carpets could do with a refresh.

Stayed 1 night for our anniversary. Fantastic staff & service. Lovely room, quiet & lots of space. Food quality excellent too.

Great place to stay for the theatre. Even tho there was a big wedding staff did best to make us welcome and comfortable and explain what was different. Spacious room and bathroom, good extras and a nice welcome bottle of wine (from Expedia/Hotels.com). Breakfast very comfortable and good selection, well cooked and prepared. Overall very good indeed.
