One bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom with bunk-bed and trundle (3 twins total), one bath. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, new carpeting and sofa, fireplace, washer and dryer, mudroom, ski racks. Beautiful year round resort with golf and tennis schools, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, swimming, fall foliage, close to Manchester with great outlet shopping and many fine restaurants.

Ober Tal is such a great place to stay at Stratton and this unit was great for us. Great kitchen for cooking and a cozy living space to hang out in apres ski! Short walk into the Stratton village.

Great location
Cozy apt. Great Location actually was able to ski almost back to the apt. But either way a short walk to the Tamarack lift. Top notch appliances and nice fireplace— the free wood from the nearby shed made life a little easier. But bring kindling. Big screen tv living room and master bedroom. We are a family of 3 with two teens but can easily fit 4. Nice comfy sofa that is also a pull out bed.

We had a great stay- easy access to the mountain and beautiful views from the back porch. The condo was clean, cozy and equipped with everything we needed for meals, and fun- snow shoes, sleds and board games. We would definitely stay again!

This is the 2nd season we have rented this condo and it continues to be a perfect place to stay! It’s the best location… ski in/out and walk to the village, the property is impeccably maintained and is pristine. Best of all the owners are very communicative and kind, they left us a bottle of wine and have gone above and beyond to make our stay perfect!

This condo was perfect for a ski weekend, just a 5 minute walk to the Tamarack lift. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals, the entire place was very clean, and the beds and couch very comfortable. We would love to come back.

Enjoyable place to stay
This place was comfortable and there were thoughtful touches. The extra blankets, extra towels and good kitchen supplies made this a very comfortable stay. They had usable spatulas, pots and pans, some rentals use the cheapest stuff they can find which creates extra unenjoyable work for the renter. The coffee machines and toaster oven were great!! I would stay here again. The only thing i would suggest is softer beds.

We stayed for three nights to enjoy Stratton’s slopes. The unit is not more than a hundred feet to the Tamarack lift for easy ski in ski out access. 5 minute walk to reach the center of the village as well. Nice and tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, multiple tv’s and a wood burning fireplace. Great location and place.

The host and condo were excellent. Everything was well stocked and we did not need to worry about bringing a single thing with us. The condo was very clean and easy to access. The host responded immediately to any questions and was more than accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend the location. One note of consideration...if you are coming at the end of the season, the resort closes the ski lifts that are close to OberTal. It was quite a bit of a hike to the nearest open lift. This was definitely a bummer for us because we picked the condo based on location and that turned out not to be a perk. We could ski back to the condo, but could not ski out.
