Couldn't recommend unless improvements

Arrived to find we couldn't get access. Company told us pick the keys up from a town, Balveno 5-6 miles away. We said this was impossible as we had no transport. They dropped off but we are sure they would not have done this but fortunately we had still to pay them. They said we should have received a message re this but we definitely did not. the flat is up an extremely steep hill and on each occasion we climbed it, we were absolutely exhausted partly due to one of the party being medically unfit but even fit members really struggled. Things got better after this as the flat has truly breathtaking views and is very spacious. None of the 3 Euro adaptors we had with us fitted the sockets leading to phone charging and other issues. The TV only has Italian channels. The shower head needs replaced. There is no ice tray, and the fridge was disconnected for about 50% of the time due to said charging issues. We had to pay extra for sheets and towels per Bed! . (What use are the 3 beds without linen and running water and a shower with no towels? There was still an unidentified overcharge We banged our heads countless times on the absurdly low ceilings, at some points only 2-3 feet above the floor.hob kettle leaks. A very tricky lock on the door. 75 steps up to the 4th floor flat at the end of a very steep hill. Not a ray of sunlight penetrated the flat together with extremely low wattage lighting, meant even in the height of summer we had to use torches to read in evenings.
