DO NOT STAY HERE. VERY dirty, nightclub was so loud,informed the desk clerk and he said" oh you can hear that in your room" its like yes we can, and we just came from a concert so that is saying something,only 2 pillows for a king size bed. Water damage ceiling, big patches of paint missing from the wall. The room smelled moldy, in the hallway a very big pile of water was just there on the floor with no one cleaning it up. We left after about 20 minutes of being there. Expedia will not refund us no matter it says fully refundable, that is a lie. Now I have to eat $200 for a place I didnt even stay at and ended up driving 3 hours home.

Advertisement is misleading. The building has not been updated. I walked in the hallway there’s a bad odor which I found out the septic is backing up. The room is out dated. The chair in the room was broken in the seat part. The desk chair is old, it should be thrown in the trash. There was human waste was smeered just above the the toilet roll dispenser. The bathroom door on the inside was disgusting. The lamp shades were ripped. The head board was broken. Etc etc. This very sub standard.

I stayed here to visit with family who live on-site... Despite the fact that my family members are there 24 hours day/7 days a week; the management refused to give these kids a well-deserved absolutely earned break from the monotony of being a "prisoner" to their establishment... I found their treatment of their employees, not just my family members, to be completely unreasonable and totally unacceptable... If it's up to me, I plan on reporting them to every state -or- local officials I can find... Not only for their mistreated employees, but their lousy salary payments being provided to all of the staff there...
From my understanding, the staff is being TERRIBLY UNDERPAID on a level that is equivalent to SLAVERY ... and HIGHLY ILLEGAL in every state/county in this country...!!! They are in big, big TROUBLE if you want my personal opinion... I will NOT allow them to continue this mistreatment of not just family but ALL the people who work there....

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! After 5 mins of checking in we left the room immediatally due to us seeing a lot of hair strands on the bed, and bathroom tub, mold and holes on the walls. Carpet dirty n smelly room. When we went back to the front desk to request a refund they declined with no hestitation and refused to let us speak to a supervisor. They offered us an upgraded room and that was even worse than the first one. After the roaches were climbing around on the walls and in the mini fridge we demanded a refund. AGAIN!!! They even kept our security deposit when we didnt even stay in the room! While trying to get a refund they would say deal with expedia yet they took our money and then everytime we called they were rude and hung up on us..we took video's of the roaches and mold and continue to keep fighting with the property..keep your money and your sanity and do not book here..even if it was free..I REPEAT THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

The door was covered in mold. there were stains on my bedding. the toilet didnt flush -- it overflowed. the ceiling looked like it had water damage and was lifting in areas. worst hotel i have ever stayed in. i dont know how its still in operation.
