Avis Bathtub Beach Retreat: 8BR/4BA Oceanfront Oasis w/River Access & more (ON BEACH)

The property was beautiful! Views amazing and conversations before and during our trip were handled promptly. Property had so many extras that we discovered almost daily. Our property manager, Al, could not have been any more helpful. We are now trying to figure out when we can all get back! Beautiful memories made on this trip!

The accommodations more than expected and it was a beautiful home. Just walking outside the door and going sea shell hunting was incredible. The grandchildren could not of been happier and slept like rocks in the evening.

Bathtub Beach Retreat was an amazing vacation home. The house was extremely spacious for our large family. It was clean and included all the amenities we would need. I mean EVERYTHING! All that is needed is personal belongings and food. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, including a coffee bar and tea bar. Plenty of linens and towels, including beach towels. High chair and playpen available for babies. A shelf full of games. The kids room has a video game console. The garage was stocked with all types of beach accessories: chairs, tents, boogie boards, life vests, snorkeling gear, water shoes etc. Then there is the location... WOW! The house is right on the sand. During high tide, it's on the water. The property manager Al Roberts, checked in periodically and was easily accessible. FIVE stars is not a high enough rating for this beach house. Looking forward to returning next year!

A portion of our family stayed in this beach home in June, 2024 for a family gathering/reunion, while the other portion of the family was across the street at Gardens at Bathtub Beach. The management company that oversees these properties is exceptional in every way; we have never been to a home with as much set up for the convenience and comfort of its guests. Bathtub Beach Retreat is a beautiful, very well laid out home, the location is extraordinary, and the views are spectacular. With access to the Indian River across the street, you can experience the best of so many different worlds through renting this home. If we are able to get a chance, we would definitely rent this home in this wonderful location through this amazing company again.
