Blue Leisure C - Stuart - 2 Bedroom

BLUE LEISURE - C is a cozy 2 BR, with sleeping for 6 with a queen bedroom, small twin bunk room and queen pullout sofa. Everything is new including the fully equipped kitchen, furnishings and linens. It also has a large, fenced, private patio. Less than a mile from beautiful downtown Stuart, you’ll enjoy a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and waterfront sightseeing as well as fishing and beaches just a short car ride away! Laundry on premises. Dogs allowed w/ prior approval $25/fee pet pet Blue Leisure C has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a large closet with a lot of hanging space. In addition, there is a small second bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds. In the bunk room, we have provided a small cabinet for folded clothes as well as a fold down bar for hanging clothes. Both bedrooms have a television. The family room has a queen size pullout sofa as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals and it also has a dishwasher. We provide both a drip coffee maker (filters are provided) and a Keurig coffee maker (initial supply of pods are provided). A small high top table (when pulled away from the wall and the leaves extended) allows for 4 people to eat a meal together. There is a private, fenced area with a large covered table and 5 chairs as well as a grill. There is parking for 2 cars. Please park on the right side of the driveway facing the building. A shared laundry room is located on the rear right side of the building. The code to the door is 6789. Laundry detergent is located under the kitchen sink.

Very cute and cozy
This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The 3 of us were comfortable space-wise and the beds were good! The location is great too. Close to downtown but also only a block from the water! Would definitely stay here again

We just left after a great two night stay. We were in town for a wedding and wanted to be close to everything. Blue Leisure C is less than a mile from Stuart town and we loved the convenience of the location. Check in was super simple and it was so clean!! There is a full kitchen stocked w/everything we needed. A comfortable living room with tv. Small breakfast table and bar stools at counter. The kids room was small but perfect for them with a bunk bed. There was a cabinet & hanger bar in the room to hang clothes. The main bedroom is at the end of the hall and was a good size with a huge closet we used to store bags and our clothes. Pillows weren’t great. The bathroom was compact but had everything we needed and an extra long counter making it easy for my daughter and I to get ready at the same time. The courtyard outside had plenty of seating and a grill which we didn’t use but would if we had been there longer. Through the front gate was parking for 2 cars for our unit and other spaces for the other units. The grocery was just down the street. There were tvs in both bedrooms and the living room. We couldn’t get the kids tv to work but we had no issue with the other two. There was a regular coffee maker and a keurig as well with a starter set of pods to get us through. The only thing we had to do at checkout was drop our trash in the can outside the gate but we also ran the dishwasher and tidied up the rooms and bathroom. We would absolutely stay here again.

Not right
The place is an invention of a 2 bedroom. The bedrooms are very, very small. In one of them the bunk bed is against the closet door. This property should not be listed at all. The AC intake is inside of the other “bedroom”. It is an excuse of 2 bedrooms. The parking spaces are not clearly defined for which unit and the 2nd night someone parked and we had ro double park. Stay aeay from this property.

Was very clean very well supplied. Nice linens and towels. Quiet residential location yet close to downtown. Getting a key for entry was super easy. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anybody interested in being in that area.

Overall it was fine.
There was a WIFI problem with the speed very weak and subject to being bounced off the internet. This was brought to the attention of Matt during our stay. Appliances worked well. Noted to Matt some dishes were either broke or missing when I provided him with a summary of our stay. While unusual for renters we left the property with all bedding and towels washed and replaced. Plus wiped down all counters and vacuumed premises. The goal is to provide a help to the landlord for his next occupants. The outside was largely not used and the confined walled in setting with no foliage was rather barren and sterile in appearance. However we were here for the inside and not outside of this presumably duplex rental. Pricing was somewhat competitive with other rentals based on what was offered and location.

We had a nice stay, Leisure Blue C is located within a mile of historic Stuart; Publix within 1/4 mile + other shopping. Convenient to Port St. Lucie & Fort Pierce. The home interior is very clean, modern & comfortable!

Wonderful condo!
My husband and I just spent 2 nights here with our 1 and 2 year old children. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. The check in and check out process was easy. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in town.
