A/C was hot, hairdryer was on its last leg, clothes iron leaked all the water out, was really disappointing

The noise of the ac, very hard to sleep. The bottom floor of the bath tub was too dirty, like a stain dirty

Just okay

The woman at the check in counter was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, however we encountered quite a few issues during our stay. First off the AC in the room barely worked, we had it set as low as it could go and we were still sweating. We paid extra for breakfast to be included, when we went down for breakfast the next morning we were told we needed a voucher but was not given any further information about it and was still made to pay for the food, so might as well not bother paying for breakfast to be included. The wifi also barely worked, at first it was storming so that's not the hotels fault but once that stopped and the wifi was connected to the TV again it still would not connect on our phones the entire weekend. Overall it was an okay hotel, but could definitely use some updating.

Not the worst…

Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience. The hotel is nice but could definitely use some AC upgrades, it wasn’t cooling well in the room. I liked that there were balcony rooms, the beds were really comfortable! The staff was very friendly as well. Cons: there was still some trash in the trash bin in the room from the prior occupants, the room smelled SO bad (musty) when we arrived. It was making me physically ill/nauseous. I had to go buy ozium and a wall plug-in air freshener. The bathroom door handle had crud build up on it so I had to clean that. The wallpaper in the bathroom was moldy in some spots.The tv was really dim with one bright spot like it had been hit/damaged. And normally hotels have a 24/hr self serve coffee bar but this hotel didn’t which was a bummer.
