Pour : Top class service, food and attention throughout.
Close to nature (eg following leopard tracks) yet a feeling of safety.
Emplacement : Just getting there will bring you through beautiful terrain; activities on the private reserve are laid on according to length of stay.
We particularly enjoyed:
The absence of man-made sounds, and of light pollution at night.
The beauty of the natural endemic flora and local fauna on the private reserve.
Four mountain reedbuck seen across the canyon from our panoramic windows.
Camp-fire dinner, to the occasional sounds of a baboon troop settling down for the night across the canyon.
