Publié le 9 août 2023 sur HotelsNice yound lady at the front desk, big smile and efficiency. Rooms are OK, nothing fancy, neighborhood is calm and we could have a good night of sleep. Breakfast is minimalist. Would stay there again.

Door to breakfast area 20 minutes late to be unlocked for entry, coffee had just begun brewing, and there was very limited choices.

Publié le 17 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThis place should be closed. It is in extremely rough shape and the owner is doing a terrible job of following basic tasks. I was told when I checked in that breakfast started at 7 “if the owner remembered to get up and make it.” I went to leave at 7:05 and the lobby was locked and dark. I couldn’t even leave out the front door. I had to find an alternative exit and walk around the building to my car. The rooms and bedding looked older than me and the bathroom was disgusting. I stayed here to be close to Silver Falls State Park but it would have been better if I stayed somewhere else and had a longer drive.

Requested multiple times and
Requested multiple times & never received pillows. Very, very, very bad service from front desk whole time there.(I had surgery and needed positioning) Never busy, most was 4 cars there at one time. Made me at fault when I asked if I could get maid service after the 2nd day, because I did not have anything hung on door nob for maid service- which I told them, the room does not have anything to hang on door for maid.(only have 4 room reservations in whole place.)TV didn't work
