We regret and we sorry that we have experienced some faults with our elevator during your stay but we called the technical team and they responded in 24 hours (limit time 48 hours) ant they fixed the problem . Regarding the children we present our apologies but we can not ask the grandparents to take their grandchildren in holidays . Fix the beds
Publié le 20 avr. 2019 sur HotelsThe place is very good, but the beds and pillows are very bad and not comfortable. The owner should change the beds as we had sleepless night.
