Lovely couple of days
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe Swan Hotel is a unique venue in a historic village which is like stepping back to Tudor times. Our large room had recently been refurbished and was lovely with a large super comfy bed. Personally I’d have preferred a walk in shower to one over the bath. Nice to have a safe in the room but positioning on the wardrobe floor wasn’t very practical.

Best stay for a very long while

Summer weekend visit.

Full of character and history, rooms were clean & very comfortable, tea/coffee facilities & local fresh bottled water,
Bar was perfect for beers or afternoon cocktails, which we did enjoy, Friendly bar staff, Ron & Dave were full of local info & stories of the Swan & Levanham, & mixed lovely cocktales between tales of the town.
We ate @ the Gallery restaurant,, all our meals were exceptional, breakfast menu was plentiful and perfectly cooked, evening menu was some of the best food any of us had tasted, really enjoyable couple of evenings, we had frienda from Portland Oregan with us, they had a great time & enjoyed the relaxation & professionalism of the whole experience,,

Special thanks go to our server, Jemima, a lovely friendly young lady, helped us through the menu !!
Cheers,, we all can thoroughly recommend The Swan to anyone travelling in our lovely country,, 😍
