Every member of the staff that I meet or had contact with was very professional and kind and polite. While contemplating calling the desk for room service items I needed, there was a knock on my door. Room service. Do you need anything? Thank you’ll so much.

I only had one complaint with my daughters and my room - my bathroom floor had a slippery substance in it
My daughters floor had dirt or food like it wasn’t vacuumed
My overall review of the staff and properly and grounds was good
