le personnel à l'accueil très gentil et serviable - situé à côté d'une rivière où se trouve un dauphin que l'hotel aime partager l'information avec ses clients.

hotel modique mais confortable

Hotel propre, service courtois, accueil rapide. Petit déjeuner inclus, peu de choix et pauvre en quantité. Pas de piscine et loin des attractions de virginia beach. Prix modique, recommandé pour une nuit à mi-chemin pour un long voyage sans plus.

I stayed at the Red roof Inn in Suffolk Virginia this past weekend. I had a death in my family and everything in the area was booked out. When i mad the reservation i told them i would arrive before checkin time when i arrived it was no one at the front desk for starters. I had to call and call until someone asked and told me they would come momentarily. They mad me pay extra money on arrival. I explained i had came in for a funeral and need to get in my room to change clothes cause had been on the road all night. When we finally arrived in our room the overwhelming smell that came from the room was crazy. It had a old molded carpet smell only it was no carpets in the room. We ended up going to walmart to buy candles and spray to mask the smell. The bedding in the first room we was placed in was dirty so they changed our room. The second room still had a funny odor and the TV didn’t work. Over all i would highly NOT recommend this hotel.

This was a last minute reservation for a funeral. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.

Our room looked as tho it had been very recently updated. I love the wood floors and that our little dog is free. Very convenient location for us. We even got to see dolphins from our window in the river.

My stay at the Red Roof was a good experience the hotel room was very clean comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I did not like was our room was facing the wall in the back of the building. Besides that I had a great stay!
