I booked my room , and paid fully online. I reached after 1am in the night only to find my room was sold off. I was told to contact Expedia for a refund. It was after alot of noise that they managed to get me an alternative, a poor one ofcos. Very bad staff

Outdated and roaches

I stayed here for a night. You get what you pay for. No major complaints, somewhere to lay my head. Easy check in and check out process

Poor experience, got room 152 after cooling for over an hour, found microwave didn’t work. Asked desk if we could swap them out, nope, had to switch rooms. Moved everything to 160, AC worked for 10 mins & stopped, headboard falling off wall towards bed.
Moved back to 152, where the AC worked, room had holes in walls, toilet paper holder falling out of wall, toilet wouldn’t fill with water, had to continually add water with ice bucket to tank. Will never stay again, doing a 2 week road trip & this was by far the worst hotel. I rarely do hotel reviews, but this one was bad. If renting, do a thorough check to make sure everything works. Did have breakfast, waffle station, yogurt, muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, juice/coffee, which was decent & ice machine worked.

Nothing. Was turned away. After a ten months . Stayed thére from June 2023 til April 2024. This was our first time back after pay $ 540.00 every friday
