Tout d’abord la villa était fabuleuse avec son couloir de nage faisant le tour du salon, salle à manger lui-même totalement ouvert sur un superbe jardin ´Que dire la vaste terrasse où trône un jaccuzzi
Comble du luxe un chef vous accompagne au marché pour choisir avec vous langoustes grosse crevetteset crabe de terre pour un barbecue inoubliable bercé par le bruit des vagues
4 personnes sont également mis à votre disposition pour vous prendre commande des petits déjeuners déjeuner et diner du quotidien du quotidien. Enfin un chauffeur personnel vous emmenera où vous le souhaitez et ce durant 10 heures par jous.
Tout cela pour un séjour pendant lequel vous vous sentirez privilégié

Pour : Situation et l'accueil à l'arrivée (collier de fleurs et cocktail de bienvenue)
Emplacement : Le secteur est en cours d'agrandissement
Cadre magnifique et personnel trés agréable. Nous avons bénéficié d'un chauffeur pour une durée de 10 heures par jour ce qui était trés utile pour nos promenades.

Great villa... we had the one bedroom,(honeymoon) villa...which was superb. 5 staff looking after us. Food/Chef was great. Service always terrific. Driver was excellent
Minor gripes... it would have been nice to have the place to ourselves at times. Although the staff stayed out the back mostly, gardeners would appear at any time etc. Also very limited English Language TV channels...the stations as listed in their TV guide where incorrect.

Review about the worst of my holiday at the villa
Publié le 27 févr. 2019 sur HotelsRead the reviews, chose Villa Anapuri Villas from her good photos of the room and the sea. We were greeted and fed dinner. The villa is located so that the sun does not fall on the pool and the water was cold. The sea is full of construction waste. We began to lose money from the safe. We decided not to take them from the safe in order to understand what was going on. Our friend came to visit. We went to the spa, then wanted to go to the city to exchange money. Opened the safe and found that from the safe lost 2,300 US dollars. Our friend said that someone rummaged in her bag and lost $ 1,100. The hotel manager came by the name of Saka, who laughed and said that "karma" and no one could take the money. We asked to call the police, he began to laugh harder and said that the police spoke Indonesian. We contacted the Russian consul in Bali and asked for help from the DIP of Russia. We went to the police and wrote a statement about the theft, after which Saka stopped laughing. Life in the villa has become unbearable. The villa staff wrote us on video. The Russian community in Bali left this comment on social networks. The hotel staff threatened to put them in jail. All reviews were blocked. The hotel staff lied wrote comments about helping us they mocked us. In a nightmare we could not live and left two days earlier. On departure Saka demanded to remove bad reviews on all information portals or we would be sent to prison. After that we understood why this hotel has no bad reviews

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we value every guest's feedback, positive or negative.
I already met you directly even I was sick, help you to contact Russian consulate offices both in Bali and Jakarta but no answer because Saturday and already 8pm. We also contacted the Police and they came to the villa and show you their Police ID Card, we help you to contact your Russian guide so he can help to explain clearly in both Russian and Indonesian languages. We also provided our nice villa car and we accompany you to Police office in Sukawati to make police report and bring the police to the villa for fingerprint to complete all the procedure.
Nothing happen since you arrive on Jan 31 until you bring your friend to stay with you on Feb 9th,, sharing your bathroom and safety box even we have informed you in advance before arrival NOT TO BRING friends to stay except your children as Puri Kamadewa is a private villa and only has 1 room.
We often host VVIP guest in Anapuri Villas including some Nobel Laureates, Ministers, World Top Celebrities, World TOP Surfers, World TOP DJ’s, Indonesian Governors and many more and all of our villa staff are well trained to handle and providing the best service to every single guest. We were very surprise with this issue as this is the first issue we receive since Anapuri opened in December 2012.
It was unfair that nearly 10 of your friends send bad review to Anapuri social medias without staying with us and while the police still do investigation. That’s the reason we told you to inform your friends to delete their reviews and you agree to inform them but you didn’t do it so we contacted our social media’s Content Integrity and fraud department.
While we feel your review is both inaccurate and unfair, we wish you all the best in your life.

We had a wonderful stay with Anapuri Villas over our holiday. The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate for us. Each team member was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed the moment we arrived. The property is beautiful, perfect for a nice getaway. The food was amazing; we ordered lobster from the local market and had the chef prepare it “Balinese style” and it was some of the best lobster we’ve ever had. When preparing to depart, the team was generous enough to allow a much later check out since our flight wasn’t until midnight the next day. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would certainly recommend Anapuri Villas to anyone looking for a nice holiday or honeymoon getaway for!
