facility being renovated on outside but $$,s could be better spent on upgrading rooms. wondering when hotels will learn to put parents with kids on the 1st floor only . had to complain to front desk about kids running and jumping in the room above us.

Joe at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. The property itself needs attention, updating and a good deep thorough cleaning. Not the daily kind, but much more! The room had a smell to it that was kind of hard to ignore. This property has great potential. The staff needs a nicer property to be in. They are working hard with what they have.

Good hotel clean and nice breakfast. the only complaint we had was the thermostat on the AC was off by about 5 degrees. It said it was 69 when it felt like 74. We set it at 64 and it kept us cool.

Staff gave our room number and a key to someone checking in at 2:00 in the morning. That was very scary. Also the next morning while getting ready a staff member used their key and just came on it. No knock on the door before entering. Also the room smelled bad and was not clean.
