For Sullivan, IN it was located quite well. I've stayed there many times since the facility opened years ago. Close to Wal~Mart. McDonald's, Hardees, BK, and a convenience store with fuel.
Two issues I have are: the evening I registered and paid cash for my four night stay upon registration, an attempt was made to charge my stay to my credit card. Additionally, I had to pay a $50.00 deposit (cash) upon registration for damages, because I paid cash in advance for the stay. The requirement to pay this this damage deposit needs to be made known to the guest(s) when their reservations are made.

They need to do more update with bed covers and entry
