Renovation with solar water heater. Children's swing. GROUND FLOOR: Dining room/living room with insert, open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), shower room (shower, sink, washing machine), separate toilet.
UPSTAIRS: Landing with office area, 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with 1 bed 120x190, and one bedroom with 1 bed 90 and 1 cot with bars.
OUTSIDE: Unenclosed land. Wooden garden table, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue.
