Attention l’hôtel propose des chambres fumeurs et il a été compliqué de pouvoir changer en non fumeurs. Bien placé niveau prix mais petit déjeuner décevant. Plutôt bien situé avec resto et supermarché proches. Plutôt moyen mais c’est logique par rapport au prix et ça convient pour une nuit de passage

No hot water. Under renovation with no warning before we booked. No breakfast available after it was advertised as so.

When you walk into the front desk you're being attacked by fruit flies property was just disgusting and then they try charging my car to $180 by far not worth it don't ever stay here

Bed was clean and hot water in shower was great! We had been on road 8 hours. Nothing fancy and served the purpose is definitely under construction.

They are not polite

When i pull up it was a young lady that was 23 outside on phone instead of getting up she sat and finished the phone call i did not know it was the manager so she came in had trouble and the printer didnt work. That was first sign then i got my room 209 it wasnt clean the tub and tv didnt work after i brought up my bags went down stairs they change my room to 224 at the other end of the hall way . I went in that room it had no lamp shades no table and desser light no bulb but at this point i was like im not going to be in this room im be at Casinos. The refrigerator didnt work and no table also and Saturday morning i was woke up to men trying to enter my room to put a head board up cause they didnt tell me they was renovating the hotel and their is so breakfast or ice and Wi-Fi kept glitchimg knocking u off if i would have known i would not stay but they said once checked in you cant get a tefund.. Or i would have left they started construction at 7am so i didnt get no rest at all til they left . The room smell lije mildew i ask for airfesher they said bring it right back cause its strong . Its only 1 man thats housekeeping and he needs help. I tried to call to ask questions nobody answer i west i would have book with best Western cause they was so nice and polite when i got the hotel wrong. It wont let me add my pictures 😒
