Un emplacement exceptionnel
Publié le 1 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayDes vacances très réussies. La terrasse a une vue magnifique sur le lac et la maison est bien distribuée permettant en chacun d’avoir une autonomie. Les relations avec le propriétaire ont été fluide. Je recommande vivement cette expérience et qui sait peut être reviendrons nous ici

Publié le 4 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayDas Haus liegt in einer traumhaften Umgebung, bietet alles, was man braucht und entspricht den Beschreibungen des Anbieters. Jedoch ist das Zimmer mit dem Hochbett nicht so ideal für Erwachsene, da das Bettgestell etwas unstabil ist.
Matteo stand uns immer zur Verfügung, wenn wir Hilfe benötigten und die Kommunikation mit ihm war absolut unkompliziert. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Publié le 29 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayHeel fijn, ruim, mooi ingericht huis met schitterend uitzicht. Ruim genoeg voor 8 personen. Van alles te doen zowel sportief als cultureel. Ideaal voor fietsen en wandelen in de bergen. Dicht bij steden als Brescia, Bergamo en Milaan. Topvakantie gehad!

Great experience for close family and friends

The views are exactly as described and seen in the photos.
It is a close drive from all the scenic Northern Italy. Train station is in walking distance for those who want train it.
I am a cyclist and loved circumnavigating Lake Iseo. Took 2 hours.
We were confused as to how to do garbage. We sorted and bagged it, but didn't figure out that we needed to take it to the recycling center.
Recommend both the area and the facility.

Not up to standard
Publié le 16 juin 2019 sur HomeAwayPoor standard. There was an infestation of ants, the house was very cold and you can’t adjust the heating - it’s controlled remotely by the owner. Sulzano is not really walking distance and there’s not much in the town anyway. The upstairs shower is so tiny it’s hard to move. The furniture is dated. The whole place needs a good refurbishment . Don’t be misled by favourable reviews. We actually left part way through our 2 week booking as we couldn’t stay any longer. The town of Iseo would be a better option.

I honestly don't know what goal Chris had in mind to leave a review like this...
The web page dedicated to Villa Valeriana is full of details and photos that frankly make it difficult to understand the comments you left...
Regarding the ant problem, we promptly assisted you by sending a professional company to deal with this problem. These types of problems are absolutely not predictable and since the villa is immersed in a natural environment with a large garden surrounding it, I can say that they are something that can happen. I understand very well that it may have been unpleasant for our guests but I believe that the assistance and concern we showed in resolving the situation would certainly have deserved a more honest and less rancorous comment.
The heating system is remotely controlled to avoid less than conscientious management and exaggerations by some guests who unfortunately have bad habits and little respect for our planet. When we were asked we obviously adjusted the temperature and not receiving further reminders we considered that the request had been satisfied.
There are other comments of yours that I would like to respond to but honestly your review speaks for itself and I don't think it deserves me to invest any more time in responding. I hope you find serenity one day.
