"I like the fact that checking in was easy but we had a question to keep going forward in checking in, the only 2 people helping at front were really busy and the person “helping” the people getting in line to the check in machines we ask her for a quick question and she was kind of rude and said “ for questions you have to ask those other guys” but other than that everything else was great..!! "

"We had a really great stay here. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the mountains, every single staffer was really kind and helpful, the food was tasty (we only tried the Earl Grey Cafe but would have tried others if we had had more time), the casino was the perfect size (not too overwhelming, but a great variety), and the salon was beautiful. It was too chilly for the pool, but the grounds were gorgeous and the property on the whole felt light and airy. Plus it’s great to be off the strip to easily explore other areas in Summerlin and nearby. (And the Uber to the strip was only 20 minutes, so don’t let the distance deter you.) It really was the whole package- thank you! We’ll be back!"
