Great stay!
Publié le 25 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayMy mom, my daughter (20 months) and I very much enjoyed our stay here. We thought it was the perfect location for us! The place itself is extremely nice, decorated well, warm/inviting, and has everything you’d need for a long stay! They have thought of everything you may need. The beds and bedding are super comfortable. AC works great! Very clean. We will stay here again on our next visit! If you have younger babes, just bring an extension gate due to all living areas being upstairs. Oh! And it’s right next to a public park which was a plus for my little one.

Wonderful Place!
Publié le 21 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayWe were in town as a vendor for Flowertown Festival. The location was perfect and the owners allowed us to keep our trailer on property as well (super helpful!) The cottage was immaculate and cozy for our 3 nights. Highly recommend and we hope to see you again in April.

Great Stay
Publié le 28 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayThe carriage house was nicely decorated. It provided a welcoming place to relax and rest after a busy day in Charleston. The house is near I-26 exits, which makes it easy to get to your favorite places to visit, whether it is the downtown area, beaches or other interesting sites. We found it to be a great value as compared to similar hotel accommodations. We will definitely be back on our next visit to the area.

Cozy southern charm

Tim is very good at communication and having the essentials available when you first arrive. The home is beautiful! We will be back again!

Charming and Clean!
Publié le 1 avr. 2021 sur HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tim was an excellent host and very hospitable. The rental was extremely clean, well stocked and so nicely decorated. One thing to note is that there is not an actual door cordoning off the master bedroom from the kitchen living room area. There is a curtain that separates the rooms. This was not a big issue for us because we use a white noise machine at night time but may be for some.

Scottie said he had a wonderful time. The only problems were no guest house rules book with info about wi fi, tv etc.,hardly any bath soap which he finally found a small bar of and there is a problem with the hot water in the bathroom..
Other than that it was fine.

Hello Linda. While I appreciate the feedback it is more than a little disappointing to receive our first 4 star review across three different websites from a guest that did not even stay in the unit. Scott was a great guest and left the unit in great shape. For the record, I responded to his text regarding Wi-Fi within 16 minutes. A guest book is a good suggestion. I a suspect we would place it on the same table that the Wi-Fi password was written on a chalkboard sitting on a table at the top of the stairs.... Literally the first thing you see when walking up the stairs. As far as soap, we provide shampoo, conditioner and bath soap as a courtesy, even though it is above and beyond what it expected by a host. As is the coffee, various sweeteners, teas, waters, laundry detergents, cleaners, and host of other amenities we provide. Finally, the unit is equipped with an 80 gallon commercial hot water heater so I would like to know what the issue was regarding hot water. Scott was a great guest and we would welcome the opportunity to actually host you in the future so that you could provide first hand feedback. Best, Tim
