Motel classique, personnel très accueillant
Publié le 8 août 2017 sur HotelsLe secteur est assez cher donc les prestations sont un peu en dessous de ce que l'on attendrait pour ce prix.
Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus.
La chambre pourrait être plus propre, ainsi que la piscine.
Cependant, la gentillesse du manager Robert ainsi que de la dame responsable du petit déjeuner fait vite oublier ces petits bémols et ont fait de notre séjour un séjour agréable dans cette belle région où il faut vraiment souligner l'accueil chaleureux et souriant des autochtones !

I didn’t like that I had to wait for the desk person check to see if the room was ready

Room needed maintenance. Stopper on sink didn't work. Shower head was spraying everywhere. Towlet seat was loose. Terrible traffis noise. Contenital breakfast was less than desirable.

The staff has been really helpful in accommodating any requests that I've had. The value for the money is real. I was looking for a hotel that I could afford for a lengthy stay as I work on my house and the Quality Inn Summerville checked all the boxes.
I would like to add that the mgr. Robert has consistently gone over and above to make my stay enjoyable. He is an asset to your company for sure.
There are some amenities available and the location is great, hey walking distance to Wallyworld and a bunch of food choices too.

Did not have have enough hot enough water to shower. It was nice enough for one night.
