On adore c’est emplacement on peut souper au village mais on peut souper à l’hôtel sur le BBQ extérieur avec toutes l’es commodités

the only think I liked was the quieteness .While I arrived the check inn is till 7pm, I arrived at 6.15 and nobody , no tél number Nothing , finaly around 6.30pm I was Lucky that a worker came out and she called the manager,No help for luggage, you are alone , no bar open ,ok u can go to the village.The breakfast was hiiiirs like all kind of factory food.But the worse that happend was this; I was on a table and left my map where all my bookings were written and the ways I'd to take, I got a phone call and went far from my place to not disturb the 6 customers that were sitting , after the phone call I left and I forgot my map on the table ,next morningI asked the manager that answer me : the kid (20 years old) throws it away because it doesn 't knows what is a map, I thought he was kiding or I was in a koukouk nest, so I still waited because I absolutely did not know wich road to take, and wait and wait finaly I asked again where is my map because in those places you have to split paper and regular garbage, so I asked the guy just to get it in the paper garbage, he started to scream and told me : ho , the kid throws it because it was full of wateer…...a new version. I had to argue but finaly he refound me for the map but that day I lost 3H a kind of and all what I had written on it of course to start again!! this man spoiled my trip;

Great atmosphere and staff that were friendly and efficient. We`ve been here many times in the past and plan to re-book next summer. May even book at Pinnacles Lodge for a ski vacation.
