Publié le 27 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayThey stress cleanliness but the coffee pot was filthy and unusable, the tea kettle had old water in it with a film on the inside and the dishwasher wasn't empty. Some of the pots were old and worn out. Good location and good value for what you get.

Perfect location to experience Sun Valley

Location is great

Not everything was cleaned, I found dishes with stuck on food, gum like substances on the floor, hair on the couch bed (when opened it up). Other than that, the stay was nice, location is great, as I mentioned, but beware, if you get someone living on the top floor - you’ll hear it all day and night long.

Extremely Poor Communication

We were given a 3 Day notice (clearly too late to make any changes) that the amenity pass was not purchased this year and we would not be able to use the pass. This would not have been a big deal except that is what a great majority of the pictures on the listing are of. My wife and I have 2 little kids who were really looking forward to swimming. There was 0 communication (response) with the property manager/owner. We had to spend several hours on the phone to finally get check in instructions after sending several unanswered messaged to the owner. The town was fantastic, the unit was as advertised but I would never rent from this particular owner again.

Cozy studio in great location near Village

It is in an older complex and shows some wear but the furnishings have been updated and the kitchen was well outfitted. We appreciated having access to the Inn pool (geothermal heated so pleasant even in winter). Ground floor is nice when you’re packing ski gear after a long day on the slopes. Not the most plush accommodations in the area but it was comfy and as advertised.
