Great place close to the resort

This is a beautiful, well equipped townhome close to the Sun Valley resort. The bedrooms are spacious and everything was very clean. Unfortunately we found a weird smell coming from the HVAC but the property managers were great and responded quickly. We will be staying here again!!

We stayed here and skied Baldy mountain. The property was amazing as was the property management. Our coffee pot wasn’t working the first morning. We contacted the property manager and we had a brand new coffee pot waiting when we got off the mountain. Great place and great pricing.

Beautiful property

We loved staying in this condo. It was clean and beautiful. They've done a great job at updating the place! One review mentioned a painting that scared the kids. I'm guessing they're taking about Bird Man that was on the wall in the living room. He is a little creepy, but it became a joke for our group. We started looking for Bird Man while we were skiing as if he were the big foot of Sun Valley. 😂 We liked the sitting room just off the kitchen so if some people wanted to watch a movie they could go in there and other people who wanted to talk or play games could stay in the main area. It was nice to have two living spaces. One downside is that you only get five passes to the pool, even though the condo can sleep eight people. We met some people in a condo nearby who had a couple extra passes that they gave us, which was super nice. Also, the employees at the pool were nice and let our whole group in, so it worked out okay. One other thing is that when communicating with Vacasa you just have to know that responses don't come immediately. They are a large company which is different than working with individual homeowners since they don't know the place personally. But every time I asked a question it would eventually be answered , it just took them a little while to answer it. Overall though, it was a great experience and we would happily rent this place again next time we come to Sun Valley.

Sun Valley Trip

The condo was great. We comfortably fit our whole party and the location was amazing. The check-in and out process was simple and they were very responsive if we had questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Top Floor Bathroom

Everything was great except for top floor bathroom. Please fix the shower leak and the mold that was caused from the leak.

Nice place BUT AWFUL MANAGEMENT SERVICE

Unit was decent, but there were multiple issues with our stay that we TRIED multiple times with management company that were never addressed. NOT ONE. I have never left a negative review on a property, and considering our expectations to be reasonable. We were promised multiple times that there would be a response and follow up, and there was none. Plumbing issues, cleanliness of kitchen ware, and housekeeping did not take the trash before we checked in. The owner should be disappointed in the management company, of which WE PAID 50% 35% of the total rental cost. I am happy to discuss and have offered my time and contact info,, and never.a follow up.

Nice but short on basic amenities

Nice layout. Trash was full on arrival and dirty socks on dryer. Also, only 1/3 roll of paper towels in kitchen, and only one roll of TP per bathroom. Fireplace is gas not wood burning as stated in description but that’s ok- prefer gas anyway. Strange art. No Pool or hot tub on property- access to sun valley resort given by way of passes- nice but this was not clear in description.
