Nice condo
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayNice Condo and the online description was accurate. We liked it well enough that we would probably stay there again.
It would help to know where the garbage cans are located and that there’s no washer and dryer in the condo and where one could be found.
Other than that, no complaints

Five night stay
Publié le 10 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayNice lofty space with a quiet atmosphere. Slept well and enjoyed the amenities and the extra night at a low cost. Three flights of stairs to the top, but worth the hike. Nice large community jacuzzi and parking underground.

Not the best

It was very clean and decorated cute, and a reasonable price, however, there were things lacking, such as to use the fireplace the pilot light needed to be llit, but there were no matches available, so we were unable to use the fireplace, one of the reasons we chose this spot.
There also was not provided coffee, which is fine, except that we are used to that being an amenity, so we also woke up to no coffee in the morning. The bed was not comfortable and we had a hard time sleeping. We tried to reach out to Vacasa a few times over some things, including extending a night, because we were having car trouble,
and they did not reply until two days after we checked out. The decor was cute, and after we had some car troubles we went a little over our checkout time, and the cleaning staff showed up, and were very understanding and kind about it. I do not believe we would choose this property again, and as Vacasa is often times more difficult to work with than a property owner, I would say that if given the option, we would choose to avoid working with them in the future.
I have never written a negative review before, but thought that these would be important things to know!

Great condo location, clean and comfortable!
Publié le 30 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay for 4 nights. One of the bathroom sinks was plugged up and the property manager was unable to unplug it.
Also the pool and spa were closed until November (would have been nice to know ahead of time).

Quick get away
Publié le 14 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwaySo lovely and beautiful and comfortable we thoroughly enjoyed it we wish we could stay longer. We’d love to come back. The only issue was our pool passes were not on the counter. so we had to wait at the pool for quite some time and called the one 800 number and then they figured it out and all was good 😊

Check-in Nightmare
Publié le 22 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayUpon arriving at the condo we were unable to access the unit because the code for the electronic door lock was incorrect (it takes a 4 digit code not the 10 digit code provided to us). In addition the lockbox for the emergency key was empty. It took up to 90 minutes working with the property management company and their local maintenance staff in order to get us beyond the hallway and inside the condo. The real kicker to the situation was that the problem with the electronic door lock and missing backup key were known issues that were documented by the property manager. Grrrrr!
Once beyond the door issue the condo was great for the two of us. Very clean and comfortable unit. The bed was comfortable and the building was quite. The kitchen was well equipped for anyone who wants to eat in. A nice gas fireplace kept us toasty warm. We'd definitely go back provided the lock issue is resolved for certain.
