Amazing Condo
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay in this beautiful and cozy condo in Sun Valley. Great entertainers deck outside with table and couches and chairs. Comfy furniture and beds. Super clean and well lit. Amazing location within walking distance of Sun Valley Village and included Sun Valley amenities. Would definitely book here again in the future!

Misleading Ad
Publié le 6 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was nice and a great place. Amenities passes were promised but not available because the unit owners had not renewed them. We rented two units specifically in this complex with Sun Valley amenity passes. Called the day of arrival and were told it would be taken care of and we would get a call back shortly. Long story short… 8 phone calls to property management throughout the stay without one call back even though we were promised the passes were ready and being delivered to us within a half hour. Delivery never happened and still waiting for that call back about passes. Vacasa was impossible to deal with. Not helpful at all and frankly kept over promising things would be taken care of but they never were. This was an extremely disappointing rental.
Only reason we booked this house was so we could use the passes with another family that booked a unit in the same complex.
Kids were not able to swim on our summer vacation. Terrible experience with VRBO / Vacasa. The house was nice, but unfortunately our summer vacation was kind of ruined.
We will not be booking again with any property managed by Vacasa. I would advise the owners of the property to find a better management company as the house and patio were great but the overall experience was terrible.

Scott, we are glad that you thought our home was nice and liked the property. That said, we apologize for the issue with the passes and for the disappointment this caused your party. Our local manager noted that guests receive an email when they make reservations noting that passes are not guaranteed past May of each year and we regret this detracted from your visit. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

Large place, great Location and pool access
Publié le 28 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe booked this place because it was large, close the the SV village and had pool/amenity passes for the SV Inn pool. The place was quiet and comfortable. The parking was close too. I do wish the first floor bathroom fan was quieter because I was concerned that it was too loud for the neighbors.

Good Place

Nice place, good location, chronically clogged toilet
Publié le 24 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe place was great and clean, with a good location. The upstairs toilet kept clogging, despite two attempts to fix it by the property manager. Hopefully it is no longer a problem.

Fills the needs

Trash day is Friday so the the trash bin was full when we checked in. In fairness the management team responded quickly and emptied the bin so we had somewhere to deposit our trash.

Comfortable condo
Publié le 22 févr. 2021 sur HomeAwayHad a great weekend at Sun Valley. Condo is cute and comfortable with nice fireplace and sitting area. Could use a decent facelift to update cabinets, bedding, carpet. Kitchen and table are quite small. But we were a group of guys and it worked just fine for our crew. Condo was clean, warm, and great location.

Only little minor thing is kitchen is tiny tiny- so if you are planning on cooking a lot that would be a con, otherwise wonderful place!
