Bruit infernal

Camion parqué au motel avec le moteur qui a tourné le doir très tard et le matin très tôt. Et le matin, j'ai vu le chauffeur sortir de la chambre la plus éloignée du bruit !!! Et le bruit des climatiseur est vraiment fort. A part çà motel sympa, dommage que les propriétaires ne disent rien pour le bruit. Et dommage de ne pas afficher le prix avec les frais de 3.99% de frais de carte de crédit. Il serait plus commercial de faire une ristourne si paiement cash.

Thank you, we appreciate your feedback! The noise you are referring to is not anything we have on a normal basis. In fact it is usually pretty quiet here. Many people have mentioned that in other reviews! And as far as the Credit card processing fee, like I stated to you this morning, you were informed of it multiple times prior to you checking in, AND at check in! We do not hide our fees as other places do!

Older property with some issues.

It is difficult to give negative review to this family owned motel. It is in a small town and is a very old facility. The water heater went out just before we arrived and they had developed a system to work around it. However, it took a very long time to get hot water. The staff was very understanding and very good, but it was a difficult stay.

Thank you for the review. However, I believe your review is unfair. It might have taken a little longer to get hot water, but I know you did infact get hot water! When we spoke the next morning you said everything was good. Infact, I had to mention the water issue to you. It is reviews like this that hurt small business owners who are trying to better themselves, keep a business going and supply people with a clean warm place to stay when traveling. What if we didn't know there was a hot water issue to begin with? You would have never said anything to me but instead you post it all over online? That isn't fair! We put in a brand-new water heater and are still unfortunately working out the kinks! Not everything works out the way you hope right away! Also, if it was such a difficult stay, then why did you leave a 10 tip in the room?? Again, thank you for the review, but it is a bit unfair!

You didn't even stay here!!! You called and stated you were not getting out of your car as there were "men" in the parking lot!!! I am not sure what your deal really was but you did not even attempt to check in, so you were considered a "no-show"! Please don't try to bring our business down because of whatever your issues are! This is a great little place to stay and almost all of our reviews show that! In all honesty, I am glad you didn't actually stay here! You would not have been a good fit for our establishment!

Comfortable and convenient.

Fabric softener was possibly used. We prefer white vinegar rinse. Doesn't leave a fragrance and is kinder to the skin and environment.

Hidden gem

Was an older hotel, but rooms had been updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy.
