Bed was unbelievably hard and when we walked into the room it was so hot we almost went somewhere else but not refundable stops u

I am so Sorry Kristy that you Felt our Beds unbelievably hard and also you walked into the room with Hot Temperature But if you giving us little heads up ahead of time, I would probley had change the beds to your preference and turn on the Air Condition for you. But since you book the reservation completely last minute on busy weekend and check in around midnight, we didn't get the chance to doit.
