Very slipperi barhtubs. As it was said at the receiption, it was a problem for a while, yet they have not done anything about it. My husband fell and we requested a anti-slip bath mat, which they did not have. If they are aware of the problem, why nothing had been done? Breakfast: it’s bad. Attention people with food allergies. The kitchen guy does know what the food is made of, he just heats it. The rooms are cleaned but they still dirty. The carpet floor is filthy, walked with shoes on, too dirty for socks or bare feet.

Hot water

Went on a Monday and there was no hot water. I was told when there are a lot of people there there’s no hot water.

This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we understand how frustrating this must have been. We are primarily a business centric hotel, and sometimes overwork the water heaters in the early ours of the day. We are looking in to upgrading our systems to provide guests with more reliable access regardless of time of day.

The room they assigned me had a dirty bathroom and the mattress was very uncomfortable. I asked for a room change and thank God they changed my room, but it was very stressful for my family and me.

Toilet done work on first room and second room the bathroom was dirty and the tub was worse
