It USed to have hot brerakfast but no longer. The room control for the air condicitionad/heating no longer works.

Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HotelsTerrible. The vent/fan was running all the time and it was loud like a jet engine. The room was dark. There was more lighting in the bathroom then in the room. There was garbage on the carpet close to the mattress box.

Nice hotel, but could have been better
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was nice, but simple amenities such as water in the room would have been appreciated. There were no hand or face towels or a towel to put on the floor outside of the shower so a few more towels in the room would have been nice.

We stayed at a villa room. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The bedroom had a good amount of storage options. The kitchen area had a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove two with two burners, a toaster coffee maker and dishwasher but I only used the refrigerator which was clean.
All the cushions on the seats and on the sofa were super dirty with numerous stains. We asked for a different room but the new room was not much better than the original one. The carpet in front of the fireplace had many dark stains.
The continental breakfast was by far the worst I had ever had. Even though the breakfast was included in the price we had to find a place to eat breakfast on the second day of our stay. Parking was free but not convenient.

I have been staying here for four years. And it has progressively gone downhill. Four years ago I had towels every morning replaced and a hot breakfast. I even once had an omelette made for me. This day I was lucky if I could get towels every day. Every day I would have to go to the front desk and request, never did I get a hand towel or a washcloth. It was only large towels and occasionally a bathmat. The food change is the worst. No longer do they have hot food unless you make oatmeal. No longer are there eggs or sausage or bacon or potatoes. I’m now even noticing graffiti in the elevator. The grounds are still beautiful, but that’s where it stops. I will no longer be returning to this location as there are better options for the same price.

Dear Jeffrey, Thank you for your review. Since Covid, occupancy is no longer the same and I am positive you saw the rates you used to pay, slashed and divided by three. Hotels will do what they need in order to survive. Breakfast will return as soon as occupancy is stabilized. We stayed in the new building and it was quiet, had clean laminate floors, and was a great place to stay. One issue: Only one washcloth that needed a good bleaching. The breakfast was minimal however the selection were good quality.
