Anniversary weekend
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe space was just as advertised. The amenities were above par. The view was awesome. We had planned to do several things over the weekend but opted to stay at the property and just soak in the view and the hot tub!

Happy to hear we exceeded your expectations! Powell Guesthouse is unlike other properties around the lake. We live here and take pride in our home always updating and keeping everything in order. The weather was great for enjoying the sites and views. Come back anytime of the year as the hot tub is open year around!

We thoroughly enjoyed not having to go anywhere and spending three entire days just lounging around and taking it easy. The house and accommodations are fantastic and exactly as described. Super clean, cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We made a couple requests during our stay and Kim was very quick to fulfill them! Thank you so much!
We can't wait to come back!

So happy you enjoyed your stay at Powell Guesthouse. It was my husband’s and my private space until we opened it up to rent to Guests in 2021. I still stay there every once and awhile because there is an outdoor TV by the hot tub and the views are amazing. The only request I could not honor was adding an extra night because it was already booked. :) We usually book the Guesthouse EVERY weekend so we suggest to plan ahead and make your reservations early. If any issues arise they will be taken care of promptly and to your satisfaction. Excellent customer service! We will stay here again for sure!

Perfect getaway for r&r

We wanted you to know we got new lounge chairs that are better for your back and very fun and colorful now on the dock. We also got a new inflatable paddleboard for guests to use! Come back and check out the upgrades!

So glad to hear everything was perfect for your stay. September is my favorite time at the lake, as the water is still warm, cool nights, and all the lakeside restaurants are still open.
