Lake of the Ozarks newly remodeled apartment on Catalina Bay Drive, Sunrise Beach MO.  Features 1 bedroom with King size bed, sofa bed in the living area, 1 bath with shower and jetted tub. This apartment offers a quiet peaceful setting. It includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, jetted tub in large bathroom. This is a 2nd tier apartment, it is not a lake front property. When the trees are in full bloom the view of the lake is blocked. It is close to the lake about 60 yards. Upon approval from 6 Star Mgmt, owners approve their dock to be used for swimming and great fishing if they are not using it. Available 10x24 boat slip, $35 per night.

Amenities
Upon approval, when owners are not using their dock for their use then they welcome guest staying in the cottage to use the dock for fishing and swimming in the lake. Quiet neighborhood cove. Trailer parking available and boat tie up along side of dock.  Our location by land is on the West Side of the lake on Shawnee Bend II. Bikini Pier nearby in cove offers Boat and PWC Rentals with Para-sailing. Short drive by land to excellent west side restaurants and new Wood's Super Market. A short 20 minute drive to Osage Beach for shopping, dining, and night life.

Exactly what we needed
We were in the area for a funeral. The property was just what we needed. Relaxing, accommodating, comfortable. Host was extra accommodating, prompt to answer questions. Would stay again!

Well kept little getaway
Nice little spot, perfect for us to stay in during a couple of days visiting friends at the lake. Everything was clean and neighborhood was quiet. The only thing missing was coffee grounds so we had to drive a bit for our morning pick me up. Would definitely return!

Great Stay!!
We enjoyed our stay here. The neighbors were quite friendly, invited us over multiple times. The rooms were very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. The deck was awesome! We were there for work so we didn't get to spend as much time out there as we would have liked!! The only bad thing about the cottage is the bed, the mattress was very uncomfortable for us. It has rather large divots and we found it hard to get quality sleep. It could use a mattress pad in the mean time before getting completely replaced. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

Perfect Couples Getaway!
We absolutely loved this little lake house! It was the perfect size for a couple and the neighborhood was quiet with a lovely view. The house was clean and fresh when we arrived and was stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. Donna was very professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was prompt to our needs and easy to reach. Would definitely come again!

Spacious for 1 couple, clean, but bathroom did not smell clean. Sheets need updating, not comfortable, scratchy and had an odor to them. Coach was dated. Back cushion was pretty worn. Loved the cleopatra chair, kitchen had everything we needed. Would rent again, price was right.

Amazing Experience!
This was everything my boyfriend and I were hoping for, and more! We wanted a nice, relaxing weekend getaway. Wanted to “re-charge” from our everyday lives, and this place was beyond what we expected. Everything we could have needed or wanted was provided. Donna was incredibly easy to communicate with before, during and after my stay. The location is quiet. The bed was amazing and the curtains blocked out the sun which was a dream. The apartment has everything you would need for a great Ozarks stay. I would stay again.

The host thought of everything!
Our Lake of the Ozarks rental was fabulous! The host thought of everything in terms of amenities. The kitchen was well supplied with all the essentials for cooking and dining, there were ample bath and beach towels, a gas grill, washer and dryer, hair styling tools and even a picnic cooler and folding beach chairs. The description was very clear about the obstructed lake view so we weren't disappointed that we only had limited visibility of the water. The house has a nice, open floor plan so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. There were virtually no signs of wear and tear. The only negative was the pull-out, sofa bed mattress was uncomfortably lumpy. My kid just slept on the couch which was fine for a petite 18 year old. Thanks for a very pleasant stay. We'll definitely stay here on our next visit to the lake if it's available!
