Nice view comfortable home.
Publié le 1 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThe only issue we had with this property was that the water was very rough at this location. It was difficult to dock/tie up the boat during the day. Otherwise it was a nice place-fenced in yard was a plus and there was a lot of outdoor deck space.

An ok place to stay

The clothes washer didn't work and we were not told ahead of time. Packed light as we were going to wash clothes - ended up purchasing clothes to make it through our stay.
The house has numerous bugs and spiders.
The fenced in yard was good for our dog.
The dock was nice and had lots of fishing area.
The solar lights along the steps/pathways didn't work and was really dark at night.
The lowest level was musty smelling and the upper level smelled like campfire smoke.
Plenty of dishes and cookware which was awesome.

Fantastic views!
Publié le 17 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayThe location is amazing! The areas with views and decks (both sun and shade) are even better than pictured. Super comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood. Bonus that our dog had a fenced-in yard. Great cooking kitchen. A little light on the master bedroom clothing storage and tight shower, but it's worth it. Would absolutely book again.

Has potential
Publié le 4 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayI believe we were some of the first to rent this property. The set-up is fantastic! Upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Each room and both up and downstairs living rooms had their own TVs. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners.
At check-in, we weren't provided the right code. After several attempts, we finally got in touch with the property manager and entered. The details around cleaning were a bit spotty (coffee grounds in pot, expired milk in fridge etc.) but linens seemed to be freshly cleaned and so were towels.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Great views of the lake and great proximity to Ozark outing locations!
