Fantastic country property
Publié le 8 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe brought the entire family (16 people) and spent a week by the pool, playing basketball, and just enjoying the property. The house was great and met all our needs. Bowie is close enough for groceries, and it’s an easy hour drive into Fort Worth, but we only left the house once. It was more fun just to stay put. Definitely recommend to any large group looking to unplug and relax.

Beautiful, enjoyable property!
Publié le 26 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThis ranch is absolutely amazing. The layout was perfect for our family and all the activities were delightful. It met everyone's needs including those of our puppy. The pool and hot tub are kept well maintained. The game room has great fantastic equipment. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is a quiet place for rest and relaxation.
Kudos on the wifi connectivity in the country. My college-aged son still had online class this week and had no issues with attending his class. This was a major plus.
This property had the best communication of any property I have ever rented for our family's vacations. On our second day there, I saw that my van had nails in two of the tires. I was searching online for a place to take it and quite concerned that the tires would blow trying to make it to Bowie. I asked the property manager for help trying to find a mobile place to patch the tires. They came through and provided me with the recommendation. The tires were easily fixed with no disruption to our stay. I cannot thank the property owners enough.
Our family hopes to return to this fantastic vacation spot in the future!

Sunset Ranch
Publié le 3 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayAbsolutely beautiful property and home! Very spacious, well appointed. There was plenty to do, game room, pool, hot tub, fire pit, lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the scenery. Skeet shooting. We all just loved our time and plan to return again!
Although we were all adults, this location would be ideal for families with children.

Septic Problems
Publié le 27 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had a fairly large party of 14 people and from mid afternoon on Saturday until early Sunday afternoon the septic system was backed up. It is obviously a known issue as there are signs posted at every restroom that you are not even supposed to flush toilet paper, but when called to talk to the manager they said it had never been an issue and then the next morning the property owner called me to tell me how to take the cap off of the septic clean out and spill sewage all over the yard so that the showers could be used by the guests that needed to catch flights that day

Tyson, The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:
Owners response: Tyson, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip.
- When we spoke on the phone about the septic tank being backed up, we advised you we were on our way and you offered to fix the issue because you had guests who wanted to shower and get on the road. We understand the sense of urgency, however, we are the homeowners and would never expect our guests to take care of any issues that should arise, big or small.
- We take great pride in our home and want all potential guests to know that we are willing to do what is needed to make your stay a 5-star experience.
- We understand that you had a hiccup because of one of your guests, but we feel we delivered a five-star experience based on our customer care. We gave a huge snack basket and the basket of gifts for all the guests upon arrival. We allowed a complimentary early check-in and late check-out. We treated you as family and were happy when you texted pictures of the whole pig that you roasted at our property during your stay for the wedding event. Honestly, we were very surprised by the two-star review.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for.
