Un bémol concernant l’abs De wifi dans la Beach cabin. Il faut aller dans l’espace kitchen non loin de la réception pour avoir un signal suffisamment fort pour accéder à la wifi. Sinon c’est correct et propre

Contre : Nous n'avions pas de sofa ou de causeuse pour s'asseoir en fin de journée pour relaxer un peu avant la
Emplacement : Peut-être ajouter une table sur le balcon afin de pouvoir y déposer des verres !
Incroyablement propre... Très près de la plage.
Également tres agréable d'avoir à notre disponibilité des BBQ pour faire nos grillades. Nous recommandons cet endroit pour des couples autant que pour des familles.

Incredibly clean ... Very close to the beach. Also very nice to have our BBQ available to make our grills. We recommend this place for couples as well as families.

This place was not a very nice stay at all in there cabins
Sqeeky floor in bathroom every time at night when someone used it it sqeeked queen bed so uncomfortable my adult daughter’s and 2 kids under 4 had bunks to sleep on so uncomfortable and not wide enough so they ended up sleeping on the mattresses on the floor also cabin was small with not much room to move around in

A great place to spend a few nights

We're always happy to hear feedback from our guests as we are always eager to improve where we can, however without any information about your experience it is hard to understand where we fell short on your experience with us during your stay.We can see that you booked and stayed in our most basic cabin, if it wasn't to your liking and you would prefer more space we would recommend staying in our 1 or 2 Bedroom Villas or a 2 Bedroom Holiday Home.

Great location.
The bedding arrangement didn't really suit but that was all that was available so it was our problem.
Didn't get told that the small key on the set was for the aircon initially and froze for a couple of nights as we could work it out. Went and asked and then explained and it was fine. Nice property just getting a bit tired inside the cabin. The floor in the bathroom was a bit sus and water leaked from the shower floor. ok but I guess you get what you pay for and it was the cheapest availible.

We apologise that you did see your late check in instructions, they were emailed to you which explains our aircons. We have now changed this process to a SMS to ensure that all guests get these instructions. We did also email you personally about this after your departure. We also appreciate your feedback about the cabin and we regret to hear that the cabin wasn't 100% to your satisfaction. We are as transparent as possible with the images we use online so that our guests can see exactly what the accommodation looks and meets their expectations on arrival. The particular cabin you stayed in is one of our more basic and older cabins and we are gradually renovating our cabins one by one to so that they are more modern but this will obviously take some time.We would recommend booking our 1 & 2 Bedroom Villas or our 2 Bedroom Holiday Home.We want to thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to see you again on your next holiday adventure.
