Publié le 23 mai 2018 sur HotelsAccueil très agréable, appartement très bien situé, confortable et bien équipé, très spacieux, même si l immeuble n est pas récent. Nécessiterait peut être d un peu plus d éclairage dans le salon en plus des plafonniers. Wifi gratuit

Fantastic rooms, very spacious and clean. There are everal streaming services available on TV and ability to log into your personal account on a couple of other platforms (ideal for us as weather was very wet during our stay). Free to air channels are all available as well. Very close to restaurants, coffee and beach. Shopping precinct is very handy as well. Major supermarkets are probably 2 to 3 km away. Check in and departure were very easy.

Guest truly appreciate the generous size of our spacious 1 bedroom 'motel style apartments'. Plenty of space to rest, relax and rejuvenate. That's what holidays are for, right? Surrounded by a huge variety of cafes and restaurants, guests are spoilt for choice with scrumptious food options. Why not grab a coffee, sit by the water's edge and let your worries drift away on the outgoing tide - bliss! Thank you for your tremendous rating and comments Gary. The property was well located but unfortunately there were no fly screens on doors or windows very much required in the summer months. Well kept and the room was clean and modern furnishings very comfortable stay I shall return

This is the second time we have stayed at Belaire place. The staff are great, it is beautifully clean, and the apartments are very spacious. The kitchen appliances in our unit were older than I would have liked, but the overall experience offers great value, in a superb location. Recommended.

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Caloundra, with the tranquil, azure blue waters of Bulcock Beach right at our front door and surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and cafes, everything is close at hand. Great choice in Caloundra.

Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided and cleanliness could not be faulted. We particularly enjoyed the spacious deck with it's views over the ocean. Would stay here again.

The balconies of our Water View Rooms are perfect for sitting and being one with nature as you immerse yourself in the picture-perfect views of Bulcock Beach, through the Pumicestone Passage and out towards the majestic Glass House Mountains in the distance. Good location
Publié le 31 mai 2024 sur HotelsProperty is older style but in pretty good condition. It is very close to waterfront, shopping area and walking distance to other beaches eg Kings, Moffat, Shelly, Golden (if you like a nice stroll).
Kitchen has basic equipment, enough for a few days, with bar fridge, microwave, hot plates and oven. No instructions or information book provided, so needed to use prior knowledge to work out the hot plates/oven/grill only worked if stove timer was on!
Bed was comfortable but only made up with sheets on, so had to use blankets in cupboard, which were on the small side for a king size bed. No doona provided. Widows do not have screens so would need to use heating/cooling more than necessary as you couldn’t open them very far (they had locks set only a few inches from closed position). Likewise sliding doors did not have screens, so could not be left open and not very eco-friendly.
Staff were nice and helpful.
