Friendly staff.
Very dated room, not good value for money. A bit noisy as it is on a main road. Needs refurbishing especially for the price

The room was handy for the family of 6 that we had, the room itself was quite rough with marks etc on the walls, but the beds, bathroom and pools including spa were quite clean and presentable.

Apart from some road noise from Nicklin Way, particularly at peak hour, we had no issues. That noise was not too bad when inside.

There was no parking spaces available at or nearby the property and my card only worked for the one night. I had booked for two

Could use a coat of paint. Could small cigarette as you walked into reception. The unit itself was ok but really needs an update. The spa was cold! We got woken at 2:10am by a group of loud guests. The TV could use foxtel. There were two toilet rolls. The bath towels were tiny and the worst part was the internet photos looked nothing like the complex!!! Would not stay again!

The check in process was simple and straight forward and the hotel is nice and close to the restaurants around and not that far from the beach

Very noisy after dark late at night. No exhaust fan in bathroom, not enough cutlery I.e. sharp knife to cut up bread or tomatoes etc. limited room to prepare a snack. Television obscured by overhead cupboard. Main front door wouldn’t lock. Toilet area very tight for toilet paper holder, bathroom floor grates both loose. Lift smelt and was unclean. Lastly, towels were nice and clean and soft

Said parking was included but was no parking spots when I got back later that night. Also a used condom in the bin was a nice surprise
