Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayFelt there could have been a few small additions that would have made the stay more comfortable. No curtain at window in bathroom (clear glass). Tissues would have been very useful, also solid soap for shower.
On the positive side, breakfasts were awesome! outstanding food every day and beautifully presented. Lots of lovely fluffy towels provided.
Overall a good stay. Thank you Chris.

Cottage Getaway
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay at Winston Cottage was lovely, a beautiful spot to enjoy time with family set in a lovely part of the world and away from all the hustle and bustle.
Chris was easy to communicate with, was very welcoming and the cottage had all we needed for the night. Breakfast in the morning was wonderfully put together and we were able to enjoy breakfast on the verandah whilst watching the local bird life.

This was a very enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.
We were greeted on arrival by the owner who gave us a good overview of the property and the surroundings. The house was situated on a hill with a nice view, the rooms were cosy and the restaurant, Rick's Garage, was perfect for us that are car enthusiasts.
We only stayed one night and we wish we could have been there longer especially after having a fantastic breakfast in the morning before leaving.
We will be back for a longer stay!

Sunshine Coast Country Retreat
Publié le 28 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely stay in this B&B just a short drive into the hills above the Sunshine Coast beaches. Cosy and comfy cottage in a wonderful sub-tropical countryside. Host Chris made us very welcome and cooked a delicious breakfast each morning of our stay.

It is located in a quiet neighbourhood but not too far away from scenic day trips inland or towards the coast. The hosts Chris and Deb were very friendly and were happy to share information about the area. Thanks Deb for the fashion tips.

The delicious breakfasts delivered to our room by Chris were very much appreciated.
We would definitely recommend Winston Cottage as a little getaway!
