Just ok for the price - not as good as other HIE hotels I’ve stayed in, and considerably more expensive. Don’t bother upgrading to a balcony room as the construction going on next door makes it impossible to use in peace and there’s no view to be had.

Breakfast was very average- long lines at buffet and lots of items not replenished and range of foods was very limited. Parking was a mission- after check out we had to pay then go back to reception and get reimbursed. Room was modern and clean but blankets would have been nice.

The reception was good .. a shame the carparking wasn’t available and even if it was it’s a shame they charging $20 per night. Luckily the carpark nearby served its purpose. Also the breakfast could be better .. ended up just having toast and cereals.
