Conveniently located, off the city centre in not so busy surrounding with good access to public transports. However amenities in the room are worn out and aged, not well maintained, poor lighting, fuzzy TV reception, long wait for hot water to arrive when tap is turned on and workers in corridors and surrounding are loud voiced even at night. Very loud bar area on Saturday night and, last but not the least, free breakfast is a pretty sub- standard.

This hotel does not cope well with a full house. Staff are polite just not enough of them. No one answers phone at reception breakfast spills out into foyer and meeting room. Breakfast ran out of crockery and cutlery. They charge top dollar for a long weekend so they need to match the service up.

Easy to get via Google maps - although it was hard to figure out where to park to go and check in. The person who checked us in was very friendly, courteous, and also very helpful with dining suggestions.
