The room was lovely and suited our needs perfectly. It’s quite noisy during the day with the cafes open surrounding it but they seemed to be quiet from about 5:30pm.
Walking distance to all local shopping and dining options.
Unfortunately the check-in/check out service is the only thing that really let us down.
The normal receptionist was out and the fill-in didn’t seem to know what was going on and wasn’t friendly or too helpful for our check-in.
The office was completely unmanned while we and other guests tried to check out at 9:30am. We gave up waiting and left our keys in the check out box.
Overall I’d recommend it any day for the view.

Sorry about your experience at Reception with the temp (We were on holidays at the time).We do not always sit in the office as sometimes we need to attend to other matters. There is a sign on the front desk advising to call the office number ( it diverts to the duty officer's mobile) if unattended RegardsJohn

Spacious, very clean with all the little things covered and with excellent access to dining and shopping. On a main road but quiet and 2 balconies. Will be back on another special occasion.

Very clean and lovely big rooms. Bed was too firm for us and no air con in the bedroom, but lovely location and amazing views.
