The staff were all very friendly and helpful 🙂

Our room service meals were lacking in quality.
The bacon waa overcooked and was impossible to cut. The halloumi was like rubber.
The service was outstanding however and the ladies in reception were very professional and exceptionally helpful

If i knew there were no balaconies i wouldn't have booked, not much can be done about that now. I would have liked a pool or gym. Car spaces are narrow but adequate.

CLEAN & COMFORTABLE ROOM, NICE QUIET HOTEL & FRIENDLY STAFF. DISAPPOINTED THE BREAKFAST IS NO LONGER BUFFET STYLEJUST CHOICE OF ABOUT 6 MEALS, OTHERWISE VERY ENJOYABLE.

Convenience to Sunshine Coast University Hospital is unmatched. Friendly staff and great amenities makes it easy to focus on the reason why you are staying there.
